Hello miss Laura:
1.- On monday I felt angry and happy.
From the first video I´m going to choose the strategy of tap, tap, tap and tap one more.
2.- On tuesday I felt hopeful and surprised.
From the second video I´m going to choose the strategy of blow in your hand.
3.- On wednsday I felt sad and nervous.
From the third video I´m going to choose the strategy of make a circule in your hand.
4.- On thursday I felt relax.
From the forth video I´m going to choose the strategy of breathe 5 times.
