Hello Miss Lau!! This are my answers:

The first aspect that is new for me is that I didn`t know that the cheese was made after Cristo, the second is that I was surprised about how many cheese we podruce a year, it is a lot!!, the third is that I didn`t know that we can put the hamburger under the horse`s seat and the last is that I know that the hamburger was made it USA but a didn`t know that it was make in Kansas.
3. I think that I know only 3 History in English:
1. The History of Mcdonals.
2. The very hungry caterpillar. ( I read this book when I was a little girl, and I think that you read it also).
3. The little Red Riding Hood.

Hi Miss Lau,
The 4 new aspects for me are:
1) The cheese was created 8000 years before current area.
2) When the milk became to sour, the lactic acids caused proteins to coagulate, binding into soft clumps.
3) The hamburger was born in the Khan´s army because they didn´t have time to stop and cook so they invented a new cooking method. They put the steak underneath the saddle´shorse so when the warrior was riding, the meat would tenderize and cook.
4) The Germans introduced the hamburger into USA.

Hello Miss Lau, this is my work of today.

One of the things that was unexpected was that cheese was created long before weapons, writing, and many other things. It was also very rare to hear that hamburgers were created during the war.
