Hi kids! This is the last class of the week, as tomorrow we are starting the Easter break.

We hope you have enjoyed this week and we hope you have a very nice time with your family during this long weekend.

But, today….we’ll continue working!!

  1. We will talk about GOAL 7. Why is it an important goal? Which is the global issue behind this goal? What can we do to contribute to achieving this objective?
    In order to answer these questions, we will read the following text:

2. We will work on new vocabulary:

Sustainable: consumption of energy that doesn’t have negative effect on the environment.

Affordable: a reasonable price in relation to income.

Clean energy: it doesn’t  pollute the atmosphere when used (as opposed to coal and oil)

Concerned Citizens: being aware of and fulfil your responsibility to live, work or operate in a manner that is not harmful to the environment or other people.

4. You will have to complete a quiz: “What’s my electric personality” which has questions about how we use electricity.

We will share the results and make some conclusions.

5. Finally, we leave you some ideas if you WANT to do them at home for Easter. They are OPTIONAL! But, maybe it’s time to turn off ALL our devices, unplug ourselves and get CREATIVE!!
